Regnbågsvägen 8B is a completely newly built semi-detached house with modern furnishings and a high standard of a total of 128 square meters on two levels. The house is furnished with 8 beds. There are a total of three bedrooms, two of which are downstairs where one has a double bed and the other has two bunk beds. You will find the last bedroom on the upper floor and it also has a double bed. In the hall there is a wardrobe with sliding doors and good hanging possibilities (hooks are missing at the moment). There is also a rough entrance where you can store boots and ski clothes after a day on the slopes.
The kitchen and family room have an open floor plan with a dining area for up to 8 people. The kitchen is equipped with stove/oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker. The family room is furnished with a Smart TV and a sofa group in front of a fireplace. The house also has a balcony that is shared between the apartments.
There is a bathroom with shower and toilet on the lower level and a bathroom on the upper level with a sauna. The sauna is shared between the two apartments and booked via a booking system in the apartment.
Smoking and animals are not allowed in the house. 25 year limit to book this house.
